NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 30, 2024, and entered in 2023-CA-001098-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET INVESTMENT LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-7 is the Plaintiff and ELIZABETH HENDERSON A/K/A ELIZABETH FABIANA COLES; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY- INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; AVALON PARK PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF RICHARD J. HENDERSON A/K/A RICHARD J. HENDERSON, JR. A/K/A RICHARD HENDERSON, DECEASED; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF PAIGE JEANNINE HENDERSON, DECEASED; MATTHEW HENDERSON are the Defendant(s).
