NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2019-CA-015525-O of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, LONGBRIDGE FINANCIAL LLC, Plaintiff, and RELDA GRAY, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of Court, Tiffany Moore Russell, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 16th day of January, 2025, the following described property::
LOT 17, BLOCK 11, CAPE ORLANDO ESTATES UNIT 11A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 107, 108 AND 109, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim per the requirements set forth in FL Stat. 45.032.
