NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 8th day of November 2024 and entered in Case No. 22001153CA of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein RESIDENTIAL INVESTMENT TRUST IV is the Plaintiff BLUE INTERNATIONAL GROUP, LLC; a Florida Limited Liability Company; LUCRECIA DELMONTE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; GREEN HOUSE SOLAR AND AIR, INC,, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 11:00 AM on the 6th day of January 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
