NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I, the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on January 8, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following-described real property:
Lot 40, Tree Tops at Ranger Point, Phase I, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 16, Pages 50A through 50C, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
Commonly Known As: 4281 Oak Terrace Circle, Port Charlotte, FL 33953
The said sale will be made pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure of the County Court of Charlotte County, Florida, in Civil Action No. 2023-001398CC, THE TREETOPS AT RANGER POINT HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., vs. PACIFIC AMERICAN INVESTMENTS, LLC.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
