NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2019CA005264AX of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, as Trustee for Residential Accredit Loans, Inc., Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-QO1, Plaintiff and Saleem A. J. Mahdi are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Angelina Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on January 14, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 30, ARBOR CREEK, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGE 184, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
