The action was instituted in the Twentieth Judicial Circuit Court, Collier County, Florida, and is styled SAMUEL D. GREEN vs. JUNE ABRAMS, ISIDORE EDMUND, DENISE EDMUND, AND THE ESTATE OF EARL EDMUND.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on Danielle Crowley, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 4501 Tamiami Trail N. Ste 419, NAPLES, Florida 34103, on or before January 17, 2025, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Danielle Crowley, Esq. or immediately after service; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
