YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Plaintiff instituted an action against you on May 6, 2024, to quiet title with respect to the lands situated at 6505 Julie Street, Tampa, Florida 33610, which property is described as:
Lot 2, STEPHEN FOSTER HIGHLANDS ADDITION., according to plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 33, Page 81, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Each defendant is required to serve written defenses to the complaint or petition on SeanCarlo Lopez, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 700 7th Avenue North Saint Petersburg, Florida 33701, within sixty days after the first publication of this notice in a newspaper in Hillsborough County, Florida, exclusive of the day of publication, and to file the original of the defenses with the clerk of this court either before service on plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. If a defendant fails to do so, a default will be entered against that defendant for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
