Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 15, 2023 and Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered on December 4, 2024 in the above-captioned case, the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Hillsborough County, Florida will sell the property located in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
LOTS 23, 24, 25, 69 AND 70, BLOCK 5, HOMELANDS, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS ROAD RIGHT OF WAY.
TOGETHER WITH:
All equipment, fixtures, and other articles of personal property now or hereafter owned by Grantor, and now or hereafter attached or affixed to the Real Property; together with all accessions, parts, and additions to, all replacements of, and all substitutions for, any of such property; and together with all proceeds (including without limitation all insurance proceeds and refunds of premiums) from any sale or other disposition of the Property.
