NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Stipulated Final Judgment of Foreclosure as to Count II of the Complaint entered on December 9, 2024 in the above-referenced matter pending in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, the Clerk of this Court will sell the following described property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida:
Tract 3 in the Northeast Quarter, Section 34, Township 29 South, Range 19 East, according to the map or plat of SOUTH TAMPA, recorded in Plat Book 6, Page(s) 3, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
LESS the North 35.00 feet thereof for additional public right-of-way for State Road 676 (Causeway Boulevard) per Hillsborough County Commission Minute Book “Q”, Page 458, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Together with all improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, appurtenances, and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property.
