NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Stipulated Final Judgment of Foreclosure as to Count II of the Complaint entered on December 9, 2024 in the above-referenced matter pending in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, the Clerk of this Court will sell the following described property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida:
