NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order Granting Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated November 20, 2024, and entered in case # 2024-CA-002722 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein MAGED BARSOUM is the Plaintiff, and ANDREA M. OROSCO is the Defendant. The Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the subject property at public sale with a minimum first auction bid of at least Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) to the highest bidder for cash on January 6, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. after having first given notice as required by Section
45.031, Florida Statutes. The judicial sale will be conducted online at https://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com.
The subject property is described as set forth in the said Order, to wit:
