NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated November 20, 2024 entered in Civil Case No. 24-001591-CI in the Circuit Court of the 17th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, FOR LHOME MORTGAGE TRUST 2023-RTL1, MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2023-RTL1, Plaintiff and SHERMIC PROPERTIES LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY; WHITE SAND INVESTMENT GROUP LLC; GAROFALO INVESTMENT GROUP, LLC; GET LIMITED SERVICES LLC; GUSTAVO TROCONIS; GERALDO DE PINA CARVALHO; EMERALD HAVEN, LLC; RAFAEL GAROFALO; GOLDEN ROAD PROPERTY PARTNERS, A MAINE LLC; DCB PARTNERED CONSULTING, LLC; EVERGREEN EQUITY GROUP, LLC; DREAMRE INVESTMENTS, LLC; VERTICAL ASCENT, LLC; MEGAN WOLFF, LLC; MEGAN WOLFF; MKLT CAROLINA CONSULTING, LLC; GRECO GLOBAL VENTURES, LLC; SDQ PARTNERSHIP SERVICES, LLC are defendants, Ken Burke, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 AM on January 9, 2025 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
