ROGERS; HOUSING FINANCE AUTHORITY OF PINELLAS COUNTY; TYRONE VILLAS, INC. NO. 4 A CONDOMINIUM are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 09, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 7844-T, TYRONE VILLAS NO. 4, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE(S) 2, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3098, PAGE(S) 238 THROUGH 295, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
