YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title to the following described property:
Apartment Unit No. 1883, Building No. 14, Clearbrooke Townhouse Condominium, Phase X, a Condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in O.R. Book 4745, Page 1041, and all its attachments and amendments, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 30, Page 24, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

in the name of the Plaintiff, CLEARBROOKE TOWNHOUSE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Stephan C. Nikoloff, Esquire, of Greenberg Nikoloff, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the Business Observer, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
