Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 2, 2024, in Case No.: 24-CA-
004907 of the Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BRIGHTWATER MASTER HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and FREDDY ALEXANDER ROA BELLO, et al., are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 9:00 a.m., online at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on January 9, 2025, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot H44, North Brook Phase One, according to map or plat thereof as recorded under Instrument Number 2019000172912, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
