YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action for quieting title for the following property in Lee County, Florida has been filed against you:
Beginning at the Southwest Corner of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of Section 21, Township 44 South, Range 22 East, Lee County Florida, proceed North along the West boundary of aforesaid partial section 545 feet to a point of beginning for the parcel to be conveyed; thence continue North along the aforesaid West boundary of the aforesaid partial section 109 feet to a point; thence East and parallel to the South boundary of the aforesaid partial section 150 feet to a point; thence South 109 feet to a point; thence West 150 feet to the point of beginning for the parcel to be conveyed excepting the West 30 feet thereof as reservation for a County Access Road and the East 6 feet thereof reserved for Utility Access Easement. This parcel is further identified as Lots 71 and 72, Luloma Acres, unrecorded.
