NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 23, 2024 entered in Civil Case No. 2024-CA-3349 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Fort Myers, Florida, I will sell , to the highest bidder for cash, except as hereafter set forth, at https://www.lee.realforeclose.com at a public sale on the 9th day of January, 2025, at 9:00 a.m, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 203, of Isles of Porto Vista Condominium 9, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Instrument Number 2006000430104, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida., and any amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
Property address: 3961 Pomodoro Circle, Unit 203, Cape Coral, FL 33909.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031
