NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida. I will sell at public auction to the highest bidder in cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on March 13, 2025, that certain real property situated in the County of Lee, State of Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Lot 27, Block 5898, Cape Coral, Unit 92, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 25, Page 26, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
