NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 9, 2024 and entered in Case No. 24-CC-005411 of the County Court in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Windsor West Condominium Association Inc. is the Plaintiff and RUVI, LLC is the Defendant, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AMon the 9 day of January 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT B205B OF WINDSOR WEST, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1360, PAGE 2211, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN COMMON ELEMENTS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
