NOTICE OF SPECIAL BOARD OF SUPERVISORS' MEETING


A special combined meeting of the Board of Supervisors (the “Board”) of the Heritage Harbour South Community Development District (“CDD”) and homeowners associations in the community is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, February 4, 2025, at 5:00 p.m., at the Stoneybrook Recreation Center located at 200 Golden Harbour Trail, Bradenton, Florida 34212.

This combined meeting will address matters pertinent to both the CDD and homeowners associations in the community. A copy of the agenda, along with any meeting materials available in an electronic format, may be obtained at www.heritageharboursouthcdd.org.

The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for community development districts. The meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting.

There may be an occasion where one or more supervisors will participate by telephone. At the above location, there will be present a speaker telephone so that any Board Supervisor or staff member can attend the meeting and be fully informed of the discussions taking place either in person or by telephone communication

Each person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meeting is advised that person will need a record of proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
