NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Cancelling and Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated October 2, 2024, and entered in Case No. 2015 CA 006881 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. CTP FUNDING, LLC (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and CHARLES PITTS; CHRISTINE PITTS, are defendants. Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of the Circuit Court for SARASOTA, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m., on the 17TH day of JANUARY, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 35, MISSION VALLEY ESTATES SECTION “A”, LESS THE WESTERLY 250 FEET AND LESS THE EASTERLY 130 FEET THEREOF, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE(S) 2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
