NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 30, 2024, and entered in 23-CA-014237 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein PAUL W. URBANEK and KAREN URBANEK are the Plaintiffs and JEFFERY BARRICKLOW, REINALDO GONZALEZ, ANY AND ALL UKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THOUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS
SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN PARTY #1, UNKNOWN PARTY #2, AND UNKNONW PARTY #3, THE NAMES BEING FICTITOUS TO ACCOUNT FOR PARTIES IN POSSESSION, are the Defendants. After giving notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, Pat Frank, as Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on APRIL 25, 2025, the following described property, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
