NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 11, 2024, and an Amended Final Judgement dated September 18, 2024 and entered in 23-CA-000064 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-R1 is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL E. MERRITT; DEBORAH L. MERRIT A/K/A DEBORAH L. MERRITT A/K/A DEBORAH MERRITT A/K/A DEBORAH MERRIT; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA; COPPER RIDGE/BRANDON HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE OF NRZ RECOVERY TRUST; ASHRAH ODEH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ASHRAH ODEH are the Defendant(s).
