NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 9, 2024, and entered in Case No. 24-CA-003650 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein The Huntington National Bank, is Plaintiff and Demond Mckinley a/k/a Demond M. Mckinley a/k/a Demond Marcel Mckinley; Brandi Mckinley a/k/a Brandi N. Mckinley; United States Of America Department Of The Treasury - Internal Revenue Service; Centennial Bank, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell via online auction at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 12th day of February, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 1/3 OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 27 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 16221 Lake Magdalene Boulevard, Tampa, Florida 33613
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
