NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 4, 2024, and entered in Case No. 29-2019-CA-008560 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, not in its individual capacity but solely in its capacity as Owner Trustee for Cascade Funding RM3 Acquisitions Grantor Trust, is the Plaintiff and Edward McDonald, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the February 6, 2025 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
