JANE DOE, as Unknown Tenants; and any unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and
other unknown persons, unknown entities, unknown parties or unknown spouses claiming by,
through or under any of the above-named Defendants,

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Consent Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the County Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County,
Florida, wherein M36 FUND, LLC, Plaintiff and WHITE GLOVE HOLDINGS II, LLC, et al. are Defendants, the Clerk shall offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 16th day of January 2025, the following
described property as set forth in the Consent Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 3, Block 1, Replat of Blocks A-10, A-21, A-22 & A-24, Temple Terrace Estates, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 39, Page 60, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A SUBORDINATE LIENHOLDER CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, IF ANY, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
