NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 17, 2024 and entered in case no: 2022-CC-106156, of the County Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Bayridge Homeowners Association Inc., is Plaintiff, and Adebola Atanda, is the Defendant(s), the Office of Cindy Stuart, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on January 24, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
“Lot 26, BAYRIDGE, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 123, Page(s) 152 through 164, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.”

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the foreclosure sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
