NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 15, 2024, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-017709 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which ADVANTA IRA SERVICES, LLC FBO BENEFICIARY ROTH IRA #8005207, is the Plaintiff and THOMAS ORTIZ; CPT ACUISITIONS, LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants, Cindy Stuart, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on https://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com/index.cfm in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Hillsborough County, Florida on January 15, 2025 at 10:00 a.m., EST the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
