NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 2, 2024, and entered in Case No. 24-003405-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THOMAS and LINDA SUE SMITH are Plaintiffs, and GHD CONSTRUCTION SERVICES, INC., is Defendant, Ken Burke, CPA, as Clerk of the Court for Pinellas County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 15th day of January, 2025, beginning at 10:00 a.m. the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
