NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 3, 2024, and entered in 20-005663-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein RENE SAXER, is the Plaintiff and JHONNY HERRERA, individually, ANY AND ALL UKNOWN PARTIES, UNKNOWN PARTY #1, UNKNOWN PARTY #2, AND THE NAMES BEING FICTITOUS TO ACCOUNT FOR PARTIES IN POSSESSION, are the Defendants. After giving notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, Ken Burke, CPA, as Clerk of Circuit Court & Comptroller for Pinellas County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on JANUARY 7, 2025, the following described property, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
