NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorneys Fees and Costs, dated November 14, 2024, and entered in Case Number: 24-001545-CI, of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BRIGADOON OF CLEARWATER HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff, and ALI REZA ASHOURI, individually; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALI REZA ASHOURI, individually, is the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale on-line at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the 15th day of January, 2025 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorneys Fees and Costs, to-wit:
