You are notified that an action to foreclose a lien on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Unit 213, GROSSE POINTE CO-OP, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, according to Exhibit “B” (the “Plot Plan”) of the Declaration of Master Form Occupancy Agreement recorded in Official Records Book 10970, Page 2207, et. seq., Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida (the “Master Agreement”), and as legally described in Exhibit “A” of said Master Agreement,
commonly known as 9900 Ulmerton Road, # 213, Largo, FL 33771
Parcel Identification # 11-30-15-33670-002-2130
TOGETHER WITH any equity owned in said unit or any assets of GROSSE POINTE CO-OP, INC., including Membership Certificate Number 213, representing one (1) share in GROSSE POINTE CO-OP, INC., and any other incident of ownership arising therefrom, and including one (1) 1969 mobile home, VIN RF104BD and RF104AD, Title number 3714887 and 3714886, and Real Property Decal number 12007466 and 12007465, with all attachments, additions, furniture, fixtures, air conditioning/heating units attached to or made a part of the mobile home now owned or hereafter at any time made or acquired, together with all rights and privileges appurtenant thereto.
Has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Jonathan James Damonte, B.C.S., the plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 12110 Seminole Blvd., Largo, FL 33778, on or before January 26, 2025, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
