Unit No. 4, Building 1, of Eastwood Pines - Phase 1, f/k/a Pinellas Pines - Phase 1, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4066, Page(s) 1720, and Amendment adding Phase 1 recorded in Official Records Book 4546, Page 1550 and all subsequent amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

A Lawsuit has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on or before 30 days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, on Rabin Parker Gurley, P.A., Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is 2653 McCormick Drive, Clearwater, Florida 33759, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in The Business Observer.
