NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 24-000921-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank Trust National Association, Not In Its Individual Capacity But Solely As Owner Trustee For RCAF Acquisition Trust, Plaintiff and William Rozo are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on January 29, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 157, BOOT RANCH- EAGLE WATCH- PHASE C REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OF THE PLAT THEROF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 109, PAGE(S) 64 THROUGH 67, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS , COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
