NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated the 2nd day of December, 2024, and entered in Case No. 22-CA-001346, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, AQUA FINANCE, INC., UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF FRANK MALTESE, DONNA MARIE KYLE, FRANK J. MALTESE, JR, THOMAS JOSEPH MALTESE and FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY LLC D/B/A VOLVO FINANCE NORTH AMERICA, LLC are defendants. Kevin C. Karnes as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash a www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 9th day of January, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
COMMENCE AT THE SE CORNER OF THE NW 1/4 OF SE 1/4 OF SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 43 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, THENCE RUN NORTH 89 DEGREES 29 MINUTES 52.54 SECONDS WEST ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF THE SAID FRACTION FOR 355.00 FEET THENCE RUN NORTH 00 DEGREES 25 MINUTES 19.43 SECONDS EAST, PARALLEL TO THE EAST LINE FRACTION FOR 30.00 FEET TO A POINT ON THE NORTH R/W LINE OF RUDEN LANE AND ON THE WEST R/W LINE OF MABEL LANE, SAID POINT IS THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF THE PARCEL HEREIN DESCRIBED. FROM SAID POINT OF BEGINNING, RUN NORTH 89 DEGREES 29 MINUTES 52.54 SECONDS WEST ALONG SAID NORTH R/W LINE OF RUDEN LANE OF 610.00 FEET THENCE RUN NORTH 00 DEGREES 25 MINUTES 19.43 SECONDS EAST ALONG THE EAST R/W LINE OF DORIS LANE FOR 507.06 FEET THENCE RUN SOUTH 89 DEGREES 29 MINUTES 52.54 SECONDS EAST FOR 610.00 FEET TO A POINT ON SAID WEST R/W LINE OF MABEL LANE, THENCE RUN SOUTH 00 DEGREES 25 MINUTES 19.43 SECONDS WEST ALONG SAID R/W LINE FOR 507.06 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
