To Defendants MICHAEL AHEARN, SEVEN LAKES ASSOCIATION, INC., CBT BUILDERS, LLC, and all others whom it may concern: Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Amended In Rem Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on December 9, 2024, in Case No.: 36-2023-CA-012534 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which REGIONS BANK D/B/A REGIONS MORTGAGE is the Plaintiff, and MICHAEL AHEARN, et al., are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Court, will sell at public sale the following described real property located in Lee County:
That certain condominium parcel composed of Family Unit Number 115, and the undivided shares in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, terms and other provisions
of the Declaration of Condominium of Seven Lakes Building Number 3, a condominium with the schedules annexed thereto, as recorded in Official Records Book 654, Pages 731 through 771, as amended, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
The above property will be sold on January 16, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., to the highest and best bidder online at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with § 45.031, Fla. Stat.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
