Final Judgment was awarded on December 12, 2024 in Civil Case No. 2023CA003255000000, of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein, PHH MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff, and THE ESTATE OF BOBBY BATTLES, DECEASED; SAMANTHA BATTLES A/K/A SAMANTHA DIONE S SMART; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; RAYMOND BATTLES; BENJAMIN BATTLES; CARL BATTLES; SPENCER BATTLES; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, SURVIVING SPOUSE, GRANTEES,; TACARRA LATESHIA BATTLES A/K/A TACARRA BATTLES; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
