NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the County Court of Manatee County, Florida, Clerk of Court will sell all the property situated in Manatee County, Florida described as:
Lot 128, OAKHURST - REVISED PORTION, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 54, Page 100, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, and any subsequent amendments to the aforesaid.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on January 14, 2025
IF THIS PROPERTY IS SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION, THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL MONEY FROM THE SALE AFTER PAYMENT OF PERSONS WHO ARE ENTITLED TO BE PAID FROM THE SALE PROCEEDS PURSUANT TO THIS FINAL JUDGMENT.
