U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, FOR THE C-BASS MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-RP1 (hereafter “Plaintiff”) and PATRICIA WILLIAMS A/K/A PATRICIA WILLIAMS-THOMPSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PATRICIA WILLIAMS A/K/A PATRICIA WILLIAMS-THOMPSON N/K/A TROY THOMPSON (“Defendants”).
