Polzak, Esq., PETITIONER'S attorney, whose address is 1 South School Avenue, Suite 700, Sarasota, Florida 34237, on or before the 27 day of January 2025, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before Service on PETITIONER'S attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
