NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 22, 2024, in the above-styled case, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose. com, on the 21st day of January 2025 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, the following described property:
Lot 9, Block 1, HIGH - VIEW TERRACE, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 45, Page 9, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Property Address: 1302 Highview Road, Brandon, Florida 33510.
