HUGHES (Deceased), and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, BENEFICIARIES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST RUTH J. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, within thirty (30) days from the date of the first publication of this Notice on Plaintiff's attorney, Mark C. Hyde Park Avenue, Suite 325, Tampa, FL 33606, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
