Final Judgment was awarded on November 18, 2024 in Civil Case No. 22-CA-003350, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, MORTGAGE ASSETS MANAGEMENT, LLC is the Plaintiff, and THE ESTATE OF IDA MAE JENKINS, DECEASED; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; KEITH B. JENKINS SR. A/K/A KEITH B. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
