Exterior Monument Signage @ 34th St., School Sign on South Elevation Existing Bldg., School Signs @ North & West, New Front Canopy & Student Entry, Reconfigure Entry Hardscape Concrete, Update Exterior Lighting @ Student Entry, Update Student Parking Lot Lighting Fixtures w/ LED, reuse poles, Remove Shade House and Landscape Area, New Drone Enclosure, Upgrade Central Patio area outside Cosmetology, Replace all Perimeter Fencing, Reconfigure Len Williams entrance and student access, New exterior awnings / aluminum canopies @ Welding & Auto, Miscellaneous Site Work, Landscaping at New Front Entry, Building Envelope Repair, Cafe Exterior Patio.

Architectural - Renovate Restrooms & Remove Lockers, Replace 4 Large Skylights @ Main Atrium, Replace Remaining Skylights, Remove / Demo Mezzanine @ Atrium, New Railings at Atrium, Provide New Communicating Stair @ Atrium, Replace clerestory / side lights at Auto Mall, New Monumental Signage @ Programs, Replace painted green flooring throughout, Repaint all interiors, Redo wood trim accents to modernize and brighten, Replace or refinish interior doors throughout to match and all door hardware, Replace Acoustical Ceilings throughout, Remove carpet on walls throughout, Replace / Refurbish all interior brick accents throughout (modernize / brighten) - green floors are problematic - suggest leaving the brick, Update Nursing Lecture Hall tables and seating, Replace wall between two Nursing Simulator Labs to create one large Simulator Lab.
Electrical - Upgrade lighting to LED throughout w/ new controls, Improve Shop Lighting, included above, Power for HVAC, Replace Sonitrol System & add cameras, Fire Alarm Replacement.
Mechanical- Upgrade air compressors for all shops, Replace Chilled Water Secondary Pumps, Replace/ Repair Chilled Water Piping, Replace Original Boilers, Replace AHUs and VFDs, Replace VAVs, Replace Original Exhaust Fans, Duct Cleaning, Improve Ventilation in Shops, Provide Fire Protection System.
Life/Safety - Upgrade Intercom System throughout, Provide Emergency Strobes in Shops.
