NOTICE IS GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 20th day of December, 2024, in Case No. 23-008523-CI, of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, in which Osama El-Alami, Discover Bank, a Delaware corporation, Unknown Spouse of Osama El-Alami, Unknown Tenant #1 and Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, the Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 a.m. on January 22, 2025, the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
A part of Tract 2, lying Northwest of U.S. 19A, of TAMPA & TARPON SPRINGS LAND COMPANY SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page(s) 116, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida of which Pinellas County was formerly a part, described as follows:
Begin at the Northwesterly corner of said Tract #2 and run South 47°00'00” East, 160 feet to the Northwesterly right of way of U.S. 19A; thence along said Northwesterly right of way, South 43°00'00” West, 174 feet; thence run North 237 feet to the Point of Beginning.
