NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 19, 2024, and entered in Case No. 23-CA-11245 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FAIRVIEW ISLES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and Lisa M. Quinn, Personal Representative of the Estate of Kathleen Lauterbach is Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 9:00 AM, on the 16th day of January 2025 the following
described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 114, of Fairview Isles Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof on file and recorded in Official Record Book 1439, Pages
180-220, inclusive, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and all amendments thereto; together with all appurtenances thereto and specified in said Declaration of Condominium.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
