NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on the 19th day of December, 2024, in Civil Action No.2024-CA-006334, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which JENNIFER RUTH JUSTICE-CARTER, THE FOREST PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. a Florida Not For Profit Corporation, REGIONS BANK, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JENNIFER RUTH JUSTICE-CARTER and UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are the Defendants, SANIBEL CAPTIVA COMMUNITY BANK, a Florida Banking Corporation, is the Plaintiff, Kevin C. Karnes, Clerk of Court, Lee County will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 23rd of January, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described real property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
Lot 6, Block 12, The Forest Unit 2, a Subdivision in Section 1, Township 46 South, Range 24 East, according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 34, Page 20 to 22, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
