YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following property:
LOTS 11 AND 12 OF PINE ACRE SUBDIVISION AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 156, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, EXCEPTING THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PARCEL.
BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 12 THENCE S 89° 44' 40” W ALONG THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF LOT 12 FOR A DISTANCE OF 105.00' TO A POINT; THENCE N 16° 38' 48” E FOR A DISTANCE OF 166.58' TO A POINT ON THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 12, THENCE S 89° 43' 05” E ALONG SAID NORTH BOUNDARY OF LOT 12 FOR A DISTANCE OF 57.75' TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 12; THENCE SOUTHERLY ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY OF LOT 12 TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on counsel for Plaintiff, whose address is 6409 Congress Ave., Suite 100, Boca Raton, Florida 33487 on or before 03/04/2024 /(30 days from Date of First Publication of this Notice) and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition filed herein.
