Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment to Foreclose Mortgage (“Summary Final Judgment”) entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein M36 FUND, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, Plaintiff, and GLOBAL CAPITAL SOLUTIONS LLC, a Florida limited liability company; JEANINE M. LIVERMORE, an individual; PALM ISLAND NORTH PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not for profit corporation; JOHN DOE I and JANE DOE I, as Unknown Tenants; JOHN DOE II and JANE DOE II, as Unknown Tenants; and any unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and other unknown persons, unknown entities, unknown parties or unknown spouses claiming by, through or under any of the above-named Defendants are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 am www.charlotte.realforeclose.com on the 27th day of March 2024, the following descripted property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 83 and 84, Island Harbor Beach Club, Section I, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 16, Pages 13A through 13D, inclusive of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
