NOTICE
The Manatee County Development Services, Floodplain Section, in accordance with National Flood Insurance Program regulation 65.7(b)(1), hereby gives notice of the Manatee County intent to revise the flood hazard information, generally located South of SR 62, West of Spencer Parish Road and East of US 301.

Specifically, the flood hazard information shall be revised for Ponds P-60, P-70, P-80, P-90, P-100, P-110, P-120, P-130.

As a result of the revision, the 1% annual chance water-surface elevations shall increase and be established, and the 1% annual chance floodplain shall increase, decrease, and be established within the area of revision.

Maps and detailed analysis of the revision can be reviewed at the Manatee County, Development Services, Floodplain Section office located at 1112 Manatee Ave. West, 3rd Floor, Bradenton, Fl 34205. Interested persons may call Ms. Jessica Remkiewicz, CFM at (941) 748-4501, ext. 3847 for additional information from 8 AM to 5 PM during working hours to discuss.
