YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Petition for Discharge was filed on January 30, 2024 in this Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is P. O. Box 3079, Sarasota, FL 34230, upon the grounds of change of domicile of the ward by JUDY TIFFANY, as guardian of the person and property of SCOTT RYAN TIFFANY (the Ward), a true copy of which is attached. The names and addresses of the Sarasota County guardian and the guardian's attorney are set forth below.
The jurisdiction of the ward will be transferred to Houston County, Alabama. The names and addresses of the foreign guardian and the foreign guardian's attorney are:

Any objection must be in writing and must state with particularity each item to which the objection is directed and the grounds on which the objection is based. The objection is abandoned unless a notice of hearing is served on the guardian and other interested persons within 90 days after the objection is filed.
